Voscon BV offers the industry a service which sets itself apart in terms of reliability, quality, and speed. Remedying a malfunction or repairing damage to an installation is one thing, but we consider looking for the best solution to avoid future disruptions to be our true job. Voscon's service stands for a pragmatic and solution-focused, executed by dedicated and skilled craftsmen. We do everything to be of service to you as quickly as possible, and to aid you in solving or repairing malfunctions and/or delivering parts. Your malfunctions and repairs are addressed first if you have a service contract with us (including outside of office-hours).

"Prevention is better than curing". That's why we offer our customers service contracts for preventive and correct maintenance to both our own products as well as third-party products, based on a multiannual plan drafted with the customer. Starting a long-term relationship based on trust and openness are inseparately bound to this. By noticing any potential damage or wear prematurely, we can avoid looming problems and unsafe situations and if possible even address them immediately. After signing a service contract the risks of malfunctions will be reduced. After every service you'll receive a clear report.
